Finance Officer Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to support the Finance Planning and Operations department in a Pharmaceutical division as a Finance Officer. The ideal candidate will assist in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities.

The key responsibilities of this role include supporting monthly closing and financial reporting activities, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for data management, assisting the manager to ensure proper governance practices in the division, and contributing to the development and improvement of financial models and templates.

  • Recently qualified ACCA or equivalent finance certification is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is essential.
  • Familiarity with financial planning, budgeting, and reporting concepts is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for collaboration with various teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in financial planning and analysis activities to support business decision-making.

Coordinate data management with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Support the development and maintenance of financial models and templates to enhance operational efficiency.

Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.

Requirements:

Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively contribute to financial planning and operations.

Able to work collaboratively in a team environment to meet deadlines and achieve targets.

Familiarity with accounting principles and regulatory requirements is desirable.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
