Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tariff Manager to join our team. As a key member of the management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and industry standards.

About the Role:
  • You will be responsible for supervising and maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Preparing Management Information System (MIS) data for senior management on consumer complaints is also a key responsibility.
  • Coordinating and responding to Audit Paras for OGRA policies, Procedures, Rules, Laws etc. is another essential duty.
  • Implementing measures for improving the structure for complaints resolution and complaint management will be your priority.
  • Achieving high professional and technical standards by ensuring an up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, guidance, standards and techniques is also expected.
  • Monitoring risks and response strategies under their management will be your area of focus.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must hold a CA / ACMA qualification with 6 years of post-qualification experience or ACCA with 9 years of experience.
  • Knowledge of Regulatory Framework will be considered as an added advantage.

This is a full-time position requiring a Director-level candidate with expertise in Consulting, Information Technology, and Sales, specifically within the Utilities industry.

The ideal location for this role is Karachi Division, Sindh, Pakistan.
