Job Title: Assistant Manager Costing

">Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare import-related Purchase Orders, Purchase Invoices, and Credit Notes.
  • Analyze and report on lot-wise ordering and packing with goods receipts.
  • Record daily stock movements and update inventory levels.
  • Calculate imports landed cost and submit reports to the ERP system.
  • Generate variance reports comparing standard and actual production costs.
  • Update and record product Bills of Materials (BOMs) and explored BOMs in the ERP system.
  • Ensure accurate data entry for daily store movements and cost center-wise production.
  • Perform physical stock takes (periodically), reconcile items, and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Record supplier invoices based on Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) and match them with purchase/work orders.
  • Reconcile and monitor supplier ledgers.
  • Supervise Accounts Payable and Receivable functions.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance with professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, or ICMA.
  • Strong understanding of Cost Accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in generating financial statements and journal entries.
  • Experience using financial software/ERP systems.

  • Strong proficiency in Excel and costing software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of the Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing industry is advantageous.
