Administrative Assistant & HR Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to oversee all office administrative tasks in our team of 16 to 18 members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the efficient management of daily administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with the HR Manager to develop strategic initiatives and enhance employee productivity.
  • Manage hiring, training, and onboarding processes for new employees.
  • Maintain accurate employee HRIS information and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Improve office operations through workflow management, supply requisitions, and clerical functions.
  • Contribute to team efforts by achieving related results and demonstrating effective time management.

Job Specifications
  • Work closely with the HR Manager to develop and implement HR strategies.
  • Organize and maintain employee records, benefits, and performance evaluations.
