Job Description:

This role involves providing customers with comprehensive security solutions that meet their desired goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for strengthening Ericsson's capability to sell, deliver, and develop solutions that optimally meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be part of a great team with diverse security and privacy skills where you continuously learn, grow, and are supported.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted security advisor towards the customer and internal partners.
  • Provide proactive security advice to Ericsson Customer Units (CU) and other decision-makers.
  • Serve as the key contact between the customer and Ericsson regarding Security, Privacy, and BCM.
  • Evaluate and address customer security concerns, ensuring they are accurately reflected in the contract.
  • Collaborate with the full security community to verify delivery of promised security services.
  • Support both pre-sales and post-sales activities, assessing customer requirements and advising on suitable solutions or services.
  • Advise customers across various security domains, including risk assessment, governance, data management, product privacy, product security hardening, ISO 27001 security controls, and vulnerability assessment.
Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of experience in cybersecurity
  • Solid domain expertise in telecom industry and/or IoT, including confirmed experience working with product security, privacy, and general cybersecurity.
  • Understanding of solution security aspects applicable to the telco space.
  • Proficient understanding of local security-based regulation within the communication space.
  • Solid understanding and knowledge of security frameworks, assurance schemes, and regulations.
  • Solid communication and presentation skills in written and spoken English with international and social competence.
