Lead CSR and Communications Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic professional to spearhead our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and internal/external corporate communications.

This role requires strong knowledge of sustainability and social impact, along with exceptional communication skills to promote the organization's brand and reputation. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business administration or social sciences, and at least 3-5 years of relevant experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective CSR strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives. This includes coordinating with various stakeholders, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Apart from this, the candidate will also be responsible for enhancing the organization's image and reputation through effective communication and stakeholder engagement. This involves crafting compelling messages, designing engaging campaigns, and measuring their impact.

In addition to these responsibilities, the candidate will also be required to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CSR and communications. This includes attending workshops, conferences, and training sessions, and sharing knowledge with colleagues.

To excel in this role, the candidate should possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. They should also be able to work independently, as well as part of a team, and demonstrate a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
