Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing a comprehensive HR strategy, preparing the annual budget in consultation with senior management, and ensuring its effective implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Upgrading and developing existing/new job descriptions to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Conducting regular job analysis and evaluation every two years to assess role requirements and performance metrics.
  • Developing and maintaining accurate HR databases, ensuring updated employee records are stored securely.
  • Processing monthly payroll and benefits, updating relevant information in the HRIS database.
  • Preparing Orientation Training Program (OTP) calendars and obtaining approval from senior management.
  • Organizing OTPs according to the annual calendar, ensuring seamless onboarding experiences.
  • Conducting Performance Appraisal and submitting consolidated data to senior management, HR, and top management.
  • Updating the HR policy manual as needed in consultation with senior management to reflect changes in regulations and best practices.
