Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Job Description: As a Front Desk Officer, you will be responsible for managing the reception area, greeting visitors, and providing information to internal colleagues and external enquirers. - Manage reception/phone calls and direct visitors to relevant personnel.

- Maintain computer and manual filing systems, including filing of policy acknowledgements and employee's forms.

- Assist in overall function of office administration and manage all office work tasks.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth office operations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
