The front desk coordinator will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. This individual must have exceptional customer service skills to ensure a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry to maintain accurate records.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, demonstrating ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
