Job Summary

This role focuses on registering Service agreements with partners and clients, as well as managing registration changes.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Compensate managers, account executives, and salespeople for Service Registration/Activation.
  • Resolve discrepancies in registrations; coordinate registration summaries and distribution of fully executed agreements to internal and external customer groups.
  • Evaluate contractual terms and conditions against standard business practices.
  • Proactively manage customer information, including additions, moves, and changes within the registration and asset database.
  • Retrieve registration confirmations from vendors.
  • Resolve registration data inconsistencies with vendors/manufacturers.
  • Gather missing information from Sales Reps and internal departments.
  • Suggest compatible warranty part numbers for hardware.
  • Compensate managers and salespeople for Service Renewal.
  • Resolve contract discrepancies; coordinate contract summaries and distribution of fully executed agreements.
  • Coordinate renewal and extension of Expiring Agreements/contracts.
  • Develop specifications for professional services and other engagements.
  • Manage customer information within the contract and asset database.
  • Draft and negotiate Service Agreements/contracts with partners and clients.
Required Skills

Essential Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills are required.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software applications.
Teamwork and motivational skills are essential.
Proficiency in MS Excel is necessary.
Familiarity with software licensing, Microsoft software, Adobe software, and latest computer hardware.
