Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic and innovative professional to join our dynamic team and contribute to global projects. As an AWS Sales Associate, you will be responsible for converting inbound and outbound leads into successful customer engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop lead generation strategies to maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Nurture inbound and outbound leads to understand client pain points and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the AWS team and internal technical experts to curate AWS solutions and guide clients through the sales process.
  • Engage with potential customers to transform prospective opportunities into successful deals.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Optimize lead conversion and nurturing processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • AWS Knowledge: Proven understanding of AWS services and cloud architecture principles.
  • Proven Sales Experience: At least 2-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in software or cloud computing.
  • Leads Nurturing: Successful track record in nurturing leads and closing deals.
  • Strong Communication and Presentation Skills: Ability to explain complex technical concepts to various audiences.
  • Relationship Building Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Self-motivation and Drive: A self-starter with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
  • Adaptability: Thrives in fast-paced environments and adapts to changing market conditions.
