Monitoring and Evaluation Fellowships in Education Technology

In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will be deployed in public schools to support digital learning, train teachers, and educate students using EdTech tools. Your primary goal will be to enhance classroom engagement, optimize smart classrooms, interactive screens, and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Capacity Building: Provide hands-on training to teachers and students on digital education tools.
  • Technology Support: Assist teachers and students in utilizing Smart Classrooms, Chromebooks, and digital tools; train educators on EdTech solutions.
  • Monitoring & Evaluation: Assess tech deployment in schools, conduct evaluations, and measure readiness using ETRI.
  • Data & Reporting: Collect data on technology adoption, engagement, and challenges; prepare monthly reports.
  • Technical Assistance: Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues to ensure seamless digital learning.
  • Collaboration & Improvement: Work with stakeholders to improve digital learning and recommend tech integration improvements.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree (16 years) in Computer Science, IT, Educational Technology, Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in EdTech, IT support, digital learning, or technology integration in education is necessary.
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in working with educational hardware such as Smart Boards, Interactive Screens, and Chromebooks. Familiarity with open-source and free-license educational tools.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders including school administrators, teachers, and students.
