ERP Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled ERP Implementation Specialist to partner with clients on successful ERP implementations and optimizations.

About the Role
  • Gather and analyze business requirements to develop detailed process maps and functional specifications.
  • Configure and customize ERP modules to meet client needs, including integrations and data migration.
  • Lead functional testing, user acceptance testing, and go-live readiness activities to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an ERP Implementation Specialist, with a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in ERP implementations and optimizations.
  • Hands-on exposure to one or more ERP platforms, such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, Odoo, or NetSuite.
  • Strong understanding of core business processes and reporting/analytics needs, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, documentation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple engagements and work effectively with remote teams.
