About the team: We have a business tool called QR & Soundbox that helps merchants grow and manage their business through simplicity and data-driven technology.
About the role: As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for increasing the sale of QR & Soundbox through proper channels to merchants across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Growth of Distribution and Market share in assigned areas
- Extensive QR & Soundbox deployment and sales
- Identifying and recruiting sales teams to drive business in the market
- Candidate must have skills in coaching and mentoring, be a quick learner, and grasp new ideas and concepts
- Planning market size, span, and geographies for FSEs
- Developing effective communication plans for targets to minimize expectations vs delivery gaps
- Monitoring quality parameters as suggested by management
- Validating acquisitions and sales done by the team
- Ensuring team members are in markets where sales and usage occur regularly
Requirements:
- High level of drive, initiative, and self-motivation
- Must have experience in leading teams
- Must be a graduate
- Growth mindset
