This is a full-cycle sales role where you will be responsible for driving new business growth through high volume cold calling and prospecting.
You will work closely with prospective organizations to understand their pain points and align those needs with our solution. Your goal will be to educate decision makers or the point of contact about our product line, understand their requirements, and help them get started with us as their vendor.
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong end-to-end ownership attitude from prospecting and demonstrations to closing. You should also be a self-starter who empowers themselves and others to learn in a quickly evolving environment.
Our ideal candidate has at least 1-2 years of outbound/inbound sales experience, preferably with international clients. They should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to successfully convey key value propositions and quickly manage objections.
In addition, they should be able to multitask in a fast-paced, KPI-driven, competitive environment. Experience with Salesforce, dialers, MS Office tools, and general technical aptitude are preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and qualifying new business opportunities
- Demonstrating our product line to prospective organizations
- Understanding pain points within their business and aligning those needs with our solution
- Educating decision makers or the point of contact about our product line
- Maintaining a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects and providing accurate forecasts for revenue
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of outbound/inbound sales experience, preferably with international clients
- Strong end-to-end ownership attitude from prospecting and demonstrations to closing
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, KPI-driven, competitive environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Working Hours: 7 pm to 4 am
