About the Role:

Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop Project Timelines: Create schedules to meet research, content creation, and publishing milestones.
  • Create State-Specific Guides: Develop accurate and compliant guides and video scripts for dental professionals.
  • Lead Research Team: Supervise research and data specialists to ensure timely delivery of high-quality research and data.
  • Verify Licensing Information: Perform quality assurance checks to verify accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
  • Integrate Content: Collaborate with internal teams to integrate content into structured landing pages.
  • Optimize for SEO: Ensure state-specific resources are well-structured and easily accessible.
  • Improve Workflow: Identify and resolve bottlenecks to improve efficiency and maintain high-quality output.
  • Maintain Compliance: Ensure all content meets industry and regulatory standards before publishing.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in content development, research, or licensing-related projects.
  • Strong experience in content creation and structuring, particularly for compliance-heavy subjects.
  • Proven ability to lead small teams and oversee multiple research and content development tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience with QA processes, ensuring content meets strict accuracy and compliance standards.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices for structuring and optimizing online content.
  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines effectively, and adapt to evolving project needs.
