High-Performance Physical Design Expert

At a leading edge technology company, we are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Physical Design Engineer to lead our physical design team.
- Manage complex physical design tasks including placement, timing optimization, clock tree synthesis, and routing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the physical design process and integrate compute, accelerator, memory, and IO chiplets into a unified high-performance system-in-package.
- Conduct pre-layout static timing analysis to assess feasibility and provide feedback to design teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement efficient physical design methodologies to achieve aggressive performance, power, and area (PPA) goals.
- Lead discussions with ASIC and design teams to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in electrical engineering or computer science.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in physical design for ASICs or SoCs.
- Expertise in physical design tools (Cadence, Synopsys, etc.) and methodologies.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in chiplet-based design, die-to-die interfaces, and networking technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
