Job Title: Sr. E-commerce Professional
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. E-commerce Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our e-commerce operations, ensuring seamless inventory management, and providing exceptional customer service.

E-commerce Operations Management
- Regularly check inventory levels and product listings on vendor websites, updating stock quantities and product details as necessary.
- Coordinate with vendors to resolve any discrepancies or issues with product listings.
- Create and process transfer orders in the inventory management system, ensuring accurate documentation and tracking of inventory movements.

Sale Order and Invoice Management
- Generate sale orders in the e-commerce platform or ERP system based on customer purchases.
- Prepare and issue invoices for completed sales, verifying the accuracy of sale orders and invoices, including pricing, quantities, and customer details.

Purchase Order Management
- Create purchase orders based on inventory needs and supplier agreements, submitting them for necessary approvals and tracking their status.
- Document all sale orders and transfer orders in the inventory management system, ensuring records are organized and easily accessible for future reference.

Ad-hoc Projects and Support
- Take on ad-hoc projects or tasks related to e-commerce operations, providing support to other team members as needed.
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
