Role:
  1. Regularly check inventory levels and product listings on vendor websites. Update stock quantities and product details as necessary.
  2. Coordinate with vendors to resolve any discrepancies or issues with product listings.
  3. Create and process transfer orders in the inventory management system.
  4. Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of inventory movements.
  5. Coordinate with logistics teams to facilitate smooth transfers.
  6. Generate sale orders in the e-commerce platform or ERP system based on customer purchases.
  7. Prepare and issue invoices for completed sales.
  8. Verify the accuracy of sale orders and invoices, including pricing, quantities, and customer details.
  9. Create purchase orders based on inventory needs and supplier agreements. Submit purchase orders for necessary approvals. Track the status of purchase orders and follow up with approvers as needed.
  10. Document all sale orders and transfer orders in the inventory management system. Ensure records are organized and easily accessible for future reference. Regularly review records to ensure they are complete and accurate.
  11. Update online inventory data to match physical stock levels. Monitor for inventory discrepancies and address them promptly. Coordinate with other departments to align online inventory with overall business operations.
  12. Take on ad-hoc projects or tasks related to e-commerce operations. Provide support to other team members as needed. Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
