Teaching and Training Specialist RoleJob Responsibilities:
  • Develop and coordinate programs for healthcare professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Design proposals for training initiatives to meet evolving healthcare needs.
  • Conduct teaching sessions to ensure effective knowledge transfer and skill development.
  • Regularly evaluate staff performance and instructional methodologies, providing detailed reports to senior management.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and unit heads to identify in-service program requirements, ensuring our nursing education services remain aligned with best practices.
  • Oversee the Nursing Education Services (NES) as part of our Continuous Quality Improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in quality improvement efforts such as Nursing Quality Assurance, Continuous Quality Improvement, and Infection Control, contributing to a safer and more efficient patient care environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree with at least 4-5 years of clinical experience and 1 year of teaching experience in Nursing.
  • Proven expertise in conducting and organizing Nursing Education training sessions, with a strong understanding of clinical audits and reporting.
  • Valid Professional Nurse Council registration is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Preferred candidates will have specialization in ICU and ER, or certifications in BLS, ACLS, and ECG.
