Job Role: Agile Team Facilitator Agile methodologies have revolutionized the way organizations approach project management, emphasizing collaboration, flexibility, and continuous improvement. As a Scrum Master, you will play a vital role in facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Your primary responsibility will be to remove team-level impediments and help the team focus on creating high-value increments that meet the Definition of Done. Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate meetings to ensure effective communication among team members and stakeholders
  • Coaching and mentoring Scrum teams to ensure proper implementation of Agile practices
  • Shield the team from external interruptions and distractions
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a healthy product backlog
  • Track and report Agile metrics to stakeholders
 Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent certification
 Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with distributed or offshore teams
  • Knowledge of Kanban or SAFe frameworks
