Job Opportunity:

Scrum Master Role

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our team. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for leading agile ceremonies, driving accountability, and ensuring that cross-functional teams execute effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) across multiple teams.
Identify and remove delivery blockers.
Build delivery transparency by managing sprint health, burn-down charts, and progress tracking.
Coordinate cross-team dependencies and risks.
Foster a culture of agile best practices and delivery excellence.
Partner with Product Operations Lead to align on broader program plans and roadmaps.

Qualifications Needed:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Program Manager, or similar delivery-focused role.
  • Deep knowledge of agile methodologies.
  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills.
  • Sharp organizational and project management abilities.
  • Excellent communicator.
  • Experience managing cross-team dependencies and large-scale delivery efforts.
