We collaborate with clients and partners across the globe, including F500s, fast-growing startups, and e-commerce brands.
Job DescriptionThe Account Relationship Manager will maintain and grow client relationships. The ideal candidate has at least 1-3 years of experience in a relevant field.
The role requires understanding client business needs and suggesting solutions based on those needs. The manager will be responsible for providing an excellent client experience.
Key Tasks- Gain a deep understanding of clients' businesses, industries, customers, products, services, and markets.
- Develop strategic recommendations aligned with clients' objectives.
- Build strong relationships and liaise with clients globally to achieve deliverables and goals.
- Streamline client reporting and provide actionable insights.
- Manage project teams to ensure progress and resolve obstacles.
- Advocate for clients' interests within the team and navigate business realities.
- Establish process management documentation to handle customer requests effectively.
- Evaluate team performance against established performance metrics and standards.
