Job Role and Responsibilities

We're looking for a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team at Logicose. In this role, you'll be responsible for retaining key client accounts, developing long-term strategic relationships, and acquiring new clients.

  • Main Job Responsibilities:
  • Grow and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Handle new leads, process new accounts, and liaise between clients and internal teams.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of services according to client needs.

A 4-year degree from a reputable university is required. On-job training will be provided. Experience in sales, call centers, and account management is preferred.
