
Business Development Director

Your role as a business development director involves identifying sales opportunities, crafting compelling service proposals for new clients, and maintaining strong working relationships with contacts.
This position revolves around effective communication and involves duties that typically include:
- Spending 2-3 hours per week generating a database of leads for the upcoming week. You will be directed on where to find these leads, and you can request assistance from our technical team to scrape data if needed.
- Understanding the needs and pain points of those leads and adapting your proposal accordingly.
- Following up with leads and arranging technical meetings with our development team or in-person meetings.
- Overseeing the fulfillment of client work, managing expectations, and building relationships.
- Training new business development staff through the onboarding process and ongoing coaching.
- Monthly review of the development process.
- Maintaining our CRM system and managing the pipeline.
You will primarily focus on generating business in the area of software development, which we offer due to identified opportunities to create minimum viable products (MVPs) for entrepreneurs with limited budgets in the UK and US.
A key aspect of this role is building relationships for our global acceleration platform called Version Y. We require someone with experience in business development, including creating value statements, understanding pain points, pipeline management, and fluency in English.
Job Requirements- Fluency in both written and verbal English.

- Knowledge of the qualification process.
- Ability to listen carefully and understand implied meanings.
BenefitsWe provide a comprehensive one-week training program consisting of four online modules covering the business development cycle. Additionally, we offer a British Council subscription to improve English fluency and flexible working hours based on a 12pm – 8pm schedule, Monday to Friday.
The compensation package consists of a base salary and a commission-based component, with the potential for earnings between £75,000 and £100,000 per month. We also provide a brand-new laptop, call plan, comfortable workspace, CRM system, and other necessary resources.
