Job Description:

This role involves shaping the positioning, launch, and adoption of products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing go-to-market strategies, crafting compelling messaging, and supporting sales and customer support teams to drive customer adoption through growth-focused initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Positioning: Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches, features, and updates, ensuring alignment across marketing, customer success, support, and product teams.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis to refine positioning and messaging.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop launch strategies that drive awareness, acquisition, and adoption.
  • Performance Tracking: Define success metrics for product marketing initiatives and track performance post-launch.
Product Messaging & Enablement:
  • Messaging Frameworks: Craft compelling value propositions, messaging frameworks, and content that resonates with our target audience, differentiating us from competitors.
  • Sales Enablement: Work closely with sales, partnerships, and customer success teams to provide them with the right tools, training, and content to effectively position our products.
  • Campaign Development: Develop and execute campaigns that help nurture leads, increase conversions, and reduce churn.
  • Customer Insights: Conduct customer interviews, case studies, and surveys to gather insights that inform our messaging and product roadmap.
Growth & Adoption Strategies:
  • Identify Growth Opportunities: Identify and execute growth strategies to increase adoption and expansion across different customer segments.
  • Collaborative Campaigns: Collaborate with demand generation, lifecycle marketing, and content teams to develop and optimize growth-focused campaigns.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze usage data, churn patterns, and customer feedback to recommend improvements that drive retention and expansion.
