Human Resources Manager Position

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible professional to fill this crucial role in our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the HR function, ensuring that all HR processes are running smoothly and efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions and recruitment plans.
  • Conduct recruitments with a focus on increasing diversity.
  • Ensure understanding of labor agreements and their provisions.
  • Post recruitment ads on selected job boards.
  • Process final offers and finalize recruitments.
  • Notify interviewees not selected.
  • Create SOPs for hiring and manage employee benefits and programs.
  • Create a productive work environment for employees and perform timely evaluations and suggest performance enhancements.

We are seeking someone who can quickly integrate into our team and actively participate in management decisions. The ideal candidate should be an independent thinker and achiever, confident and motivated, with excellent communication skills.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
  • Software industry experience preferred.
  • At least 3-4 years of relevant experience.
