The Human Resources Director is responsible for the efficient day-to-day management of the contact centre's HR service. This includes setting and monitoring performance and quality standards for team members, leading and motivating them to achieve their objectives and deliver a high-quality responsive service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the human resources function, developing strategies for all matters relating to HR, taking into account legislative requirements and best employment practices.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and systems to achieve the organisation's objectives; monitor and review effectiveness and recommend change as necessary.
  • Advise on the contact center's remuneration systems and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards.
