
Customer Experience Director

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager with a proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, the ability to develop and implement customer service strategies, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
About the Role:
- Lead a high-performing customer service team to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and implement customer service strategies that align with business objectives.
- Liaise with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes.
- Analyse data to inform customer service decisions and measure performance.
- Manage staff training and development programs to ensure employees have the necessary skills to deliver excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Mentor and coach team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and report on customer service metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues at all levels.
- Prioritise tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a leadership position.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Educated to a minimum Bachelor's/Master's level.
- Ability to work evening and night shifts as required.
