Architectural Designer vacancy

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architectural Designer to join our team. As a part-time employee, you will work closely with our architects and project managers to design and develop various architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with architects and project managers to understand project requirements
  • Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval
  • Create detailed architectural drawings using 2D and 3D software
  • Ensure all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and standards
  • Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project progress
  • Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other team members to ensure successful project completion
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
  • Proven experience as an Architectural Designer
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software
  • Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
