Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled HR Executive to join our team and contribute to our commitment to excellence in employee relations and satisfaction.
The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR practices in a call center environment and be adept at fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify top talent.
- Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Employee Relations:
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns and facilitate effective communication.
- Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Performance Management:
- Implement performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance appraisals, and development plans.
- Work closely with supervisors to address performance issues and implement improvement strategies.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Support career development initiatives to encourage continuous learning and growth.
- Employee Engagement:
- Organize and participate in employee engagement activities to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee satisfaction and implement improvement plans.
- HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards.
- Prepare reports on HR metrics, such as turnover and attendance, for management review.
