
Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing support to the sales team in all aspects of tendering and business-winning activities.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing daily reports to the Sales Director, ensuring that your daily activities align with company policy.
- Selecting products for our online selling platform, preparing customer quotations, and following up on orders and deliveries.
- Maintaining high levels of customer service at each stage of the sales process.
- Developing relationships with existing clients and recruiting new clients to drive business growth and development.
- Offering telephone support to customers to ensure they select the right products.
- Assisting the technical team in additional areas as required.
- Performing general administrative duties such as data entry, call logging, and database management.
You will be expected to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating maturity and taking ownership of your tasks.
Key Skills and Qualifications- Excellent communication, interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients quickly.
- Capacity to assertively influence and manage customer expectations.
- Self-motivated individual with a good command over the English language (both written and spoken).
- Presentation and dressing sense are essential.
