We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Data Analyst to work with our senior leadership on data-driven initiatives. In this role, you will analyze and interpret complex data sets to drive business insights and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets to drive business insights and decision-making
  • Design, develop, and maintain visually appealing and interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI tools and techniques
  • Create and optimize data models to ensure accurate and efficient data analysis and reporting
  • Develop, implement, and manage ETL processes and data flows to ensure seamless data integration and availability for reporting
  • Present data findings in a clear and compelling manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in data visualization with 4+ years of hands-on Power BI development
  • Strong knowledge of data analysis techniques, statistical methods, and data modeling concepts
  • Ability to write DAX queries and proficiency with SQL, databases, and data warehousing concepts
  • Hands-on experience with ETL processes and data flow management tools or frameworks
  • Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in data analysis such as Python or R
