Job Title: Procurement Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Procurement Management Specialist to join our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic procurement support to ensure the delivery of high-quality goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve organizational goals, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage procurement processes, including tendering, contracting, and supplier management, to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify procurement needs and develop strategies to address them, fostering a culture of open communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, finance, business administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Must have experience of working in an ERP-based environment. SAP knowledge/experience is preferred.
  • Professional certification in procurement, such as CIPS or ISM, is an asset.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
