We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solar Business Development Manager to expand our presence in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in community-sized solar projects, focusing on developing strong relationships with potential clients and understanding their energy needs.
  • Develop tailored solar solutions that meet the specific requirements of each client, leveraging expertise in solar technology, financing options, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead negotiations for purchase power agreements (PPAs) and other relevant contracts, ensuring seamless project execution through close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record of success in solar sales, with specific experience in selling community-sized solar projects and a deep understanding of solar technology, financing options, and regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex contracts, including purchase power agreements, and excellent communication and negotiation skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently, driving business growth and development in the renewable energy sector.
