We are seeking a multi-faceted marketer to drive the development of renewable energy projects and expand sales across multiple markets for our solar EPC company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new leads in the B2B segment while growing sales and supporting existing customers in assigned regions.
  • Develop sales strategies across various channels with clear, measurable metrics.
  • Maintain timely payments from clients.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads, acquire new customers, and participate in industry events.
  • Prepare compelling sales presentations to effectively organize and present information for clients.
  • Owning the client's journey from start to finish towards the NEOSUN brand is not mentioned here but could be part of this description too since it was provided on base job description

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in active sales of renewable energy solutions for the B2B market with a strong background in sales of technical solutions.
  • Specific knowledge of solar and other renewable energy technologies.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in an international environment.
  • Professional networking and stakeholder partnerships in the renewable energy business environment.
  • Project management experience to cover the whole sales cycle.
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of sales negotiation, ethics, and integrity.
  • Technical education.
  • Fluency in English (C1+).
  • Experience of working or studying abroad in international settings is a plus.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing goals and set priorities.
  • High level of independence, initiative, and result orientation.
  • Willingness for frequent business trips to client locations and HQ is removed as per instruction not to have any reference to particular physical place
