Job Requirements

The Renewable Energy Business Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and promoting sustainable solar solutions to clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Sales Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their solar energy needs.
  • Sales Team Performance: Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Business Development: Identify and explore new business opportunities in the solar market.
Qualifications:
  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
  • Leadership and Management Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
