Senior Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional with a strong background in implementing and customizing D365 solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of finance processes to effectively address client needs and optimize system functionalities.

  • Gather and document functional requirements from clients to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Configure and implement SCM/Finance/Project modules in Dynamics 365 to align with business needs, leveraging your expertise in complex scenarios.
  • Conduct Fit-Gap analysis and recommend solutions to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
  • Lead end-to-end ERP implementations, providing expert guidance throughout the process.
  • Perform quality assurance and testing to validate system functionality, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Deliver post-go-live support and training to users, empowering them to maximize their use of the system.
  • Provide project scoping, estimation, and documentation, facilitating effective project management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels, fostering open communication and successful project delivery.
  • Travel to client sites as needed for project delivery, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.
  • Complete at least 3 end-to-end implementations of MS Dynamics 365 Finance for project-based industries, showcasing your expertise and commitment to excellence.
Requirements
  • Hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 SCM/Finance/Project modules, with a proven track record of success.
  • Ability to map and configure business requirements into D365, utilizing your analytical skills and technical expertise.
  • Minimum three full-cycle ERP implementations, including at least one implementation in a grocery business industry, highlighting your versatility and ability to adapt to diverse environments.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, enabling you to effectively manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to deliver results on time.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Sure Step methodology, leveraging its structured approach to drive project success.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications are highly valued, demonstrating your commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
  • Education: ACCA, CA, MBA, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, showcasing your academic achievements and dedication to excellence.
  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in Dynamics 365 SCM implementation, highlighting your depth of knowledge and hands-on experience.
