Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant

We are seeking an experienced professional to implement and customize D365 solutions with a strong background in finance processes. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of financial procedures to effectively address client needs and optimize system functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document functional requirements from clients to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Configure and implement SCM modules in Dynamics 365 to align with business needs, driving efficiency and productivity.
  • Conduct thorough fit-gap analysis and recommend effective solutions to meet client expectations.
  • Lead end-to-end ERP implementations, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Perform quality assurance and testing to validate system functionality, guaranteeing accuracy and reliability.
  • Deliver exceptional post-go-live support and training to users, fostering a positive user experience.
  • Provide expert project scoping, estimation, and documentation, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels, promoting open communication and teamwork.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 SCM, specifically AWMS and Landed Cost, is essential for success in this role.
  • The ability to map and configure business requirements into D365 is critical, ensuring a seamless implementation process.
  • A minimum of three full-cycle ERP implementations, including at least one Grocery Business ERP project, is required to demonstrate expertise and depth of knowledge.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills are necessary to drive project success and foster positive relationships.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a team environment is vital for delivering high-quality results under pressure.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Sure Step methodology is highly desirable, as is relevant Microsoft certification.
  • An ACCA, CA, MBA, or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, is the minimum educational requirement for this position.
  • A minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in Dynamics 365 SCM implementation is essential to apply for this role.
