Detailed Job Description

The Junior Consultant role involves working closely with clients to understand their business needs and assist in the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solutions. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Main Duties:
  • Business Requirement Gathering: Assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
  • Solution Customization and Implementation: Support the customization, implementation, and configuration of Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Process Design and Development: Collaborate with senior consultants to design and develop processes that meet client needs.
  • User Support and Training: Provide support and training to end-users post-implementation.
Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems is also desirable.
