Senior Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced financial professional to lead our finance team. This role is pivotal in managing financial operations, ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting, and maintaining robust financial controls.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of finance, exhibit exceptional problem-solving abilities, demonstrate unwavering integrity, and manage financial processes with precision and accuracy. This position requires a proactive and collaborative leader with a keen eye for detail and a passion for data management.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Financial Operations Management: Oversee and manage the daily operations of the finance department, including financial accounting, reporting, and analysis.
  2. Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
  3. Closing Process Oversight: Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
  4. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (IFRS) and regulatory requirements.
  5. Financial Insights and Strategic Decision-Making: Provide financial insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making and organizational goals.
  6. Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor the finance team, promoting a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement.
  7. Financial Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve financial issues in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  8. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
  9. Audit Support: Support internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate completion of audit processes.
Requirements:
  1. Professional Certifications: Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, CA.
  2. Strategy, Planning, and Analysis Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in strategy, planning, and analysis such as taxation, auditing, forecasting, budgeting & internal control.
  3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and SAP S/4 Hana.
  4. Digital Transformation: Advanced proficiency in digital transformation using SAP S/4HANA and Power BI.
  5. Ethical Financial Practices: Strong commitment to ethical financial practices and corporate governance.
