As a Solutions Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving customer success and fostering strong relationships with clients.

You'll leverage your expertise to provide comprehensive solutions that maximize the value of Nakisa's products, acting as a bridge between the technical and business aspects of our software solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement and Solution Design: Collaborate closely with customers to understand their business requirements and goals. Develop and present customized solutions that align with Nakisa's product capabilities and customer objectives.
  • Technical Expertise and Product Mastery: Deeply understand Nakisa's suite of SaaS solutions, staying updated on new product releases, industry trends, and best practices. Serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients, ensuring they understand the product's capabilities and how it meets their needs.
  • Strategic Value Communication: Translate technical features into strategic business benefits to support the customer's long-term success with Nakisa solutions.
  • Project Support and Coordination: Support the implementation phase by assisting with configuration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure customer teams are empowered to maximize product usage.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in a Solutions Consulting, Technical Consulting, or similar role within SaaS, with a focus on complex enterprise solutions.
  • Proficient in enterprise software solutions and comfortable with cloud-based technologies, integrations, and system architecture.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for diverse audiences.
