About Our Community Team

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our community team as a Centre Support Associate. As a key member of our centre support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience at our centre.

About the Role
  • You will work closely with new and existing customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • You will assist with tasks such as sorting mail, handling customer communications, and supporting events.
  • You will provide administrative support to the centre team, including preparing meeting rooms, managing centre resources, and maintaining a tidy and organized workspace.
