Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and engage potential clients through various channels including Upwork, LinkedIn, social media, and direct outreach to secure projects.
  2. Proposal Writing & Bidding: Craft compelling proposals and bid strategically on Upwork and other platforms to win projects for our team.
  3. Sales & Client Acquisition: Communicate with potential clients, understand their needs, and close deals to bring in consistent work.
  4. Social Media & Brand Growth: Build and manage our agency's online presence on LinkedIn, Twitter, and other social channels to increase visibility and attract clients.
  5. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for new clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing satisfaction.
  6. Market Research & Strategy: Stay updated on industry trends, identify opportunities, and refine outreach strategies to grow the business.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. Proven experience: Business development, sales, or lead generation in the IT/software development industry.
  2. Technical skills: Strong understanding of Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other freelance/job platforms.
  3. Soft skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and writing skills.
  4. Independence: Ability to work independently, meet targets, and drive revenue growth.
  5. Additionals: Knowledge of web development, AI, and automation solutions is a plus.
