We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development & Lead Generation Manager to join our team. Our mission is to build custom web applications and intelligent automation systems that help businesses scale efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A proven track record in business development, lead generation, or sales in the IT/software industry.
- Expertise in platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold outreach, and freelance/job platforms.
- Excellent English communication, writing, and negotiation skills.
- The ability to develop and execute a strategic sales plan.
- Broad knowledge of web development, AI, and automation tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and engage with potential clients via Upwork, LinkedIn, cold emails, and social media to generate leads for AI, automation, and web development projects.
- Proposal Writing & Bidding: Write persuasive proposals and bid strategically on Upwork, Freelancer, and other platforms to maximize project wins.
- Client Engagement & Deal Closing: Communicate with leads, understand their requirements, and close deals for our team.
- Social Media Growth & Branding: Build and maintain our online presence to attract inbound leads through content and engagement on LinkedIn and Twitter.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, identify emerging opportunities, and refine business development strategies accordingly.
- CRM & Sales Pipeline Management: Track, follow up, and nurture leads effectively using CRM tools.
