Transport Performance Analytics Expert

We are seeking an expert in transport performance analytics to drive day-to-day operations, optimize our telecom transport backbone, and ensure top-notch service quality.

The role involves monitoring end-to-end network performance across multiple domains, identifying potential risks, degradations, or bottlenecks, and proactively addressing them.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and analyzing end-to-end transport network performance to guarantee optimal service quality and network KPIs.
  • Performing trend analysis, cross-domain correlation, and proactive risk identification.
  • Developing, maintaining, and automating performance dashboards and analytical reports using data visualization tools like Tableau.
  • Conducting data reconciliation, enrichment, and validation to support accurate reporting and decision-making for capacity planning, optimization, and forecasting.

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with strong expertise in IP-MPLS (Service Provider) and Enterprise networks, including hands-on experience on Cisco, Juniper, and Huawei platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of Cloud networks, IPv6, and network automation tools to support advanced transport performance analytics and reporting.
  • Excellent command of routing and transport protocols, including BGP, MPLS, Segment Routing, RSVP, LDP, OSPF, IS-IS, RIP, and static routing.
