About the Role:The O Level Female Principal and Assistant Manager Administration will play a key role in shaping the future of our institution by providing strategic leadership and guidance to the team.
Main Responsibilities:- Leadership and Oversight: Provide leadership and oversight for the instructional, curricular, and co-curricular program.
- Cultural Development: Cultivate a culture of mutual respect and excellence through dialogue and relationships with staff, students, office personnel, and others.
- Curriculum Development: Review curriculum development proposals from team members.
- Policy Implementation: Supervise the implementation of academic policies, evaluating lesson plans, observing class teachings, and regulating tests and exams.
- Event Planning: Plan and execute events according to the approved event calendar in a timely manner.
- Campus Improvement: Establish, monitor, and evaluate campus improvement goals.
- Efficiency Enhancement: Develop systems and procedures to enhance departmental efficiency and quality.
- Facilities Management: Oversee maintenance and repair of physical facilities, including machinery, equipment, furniture, plumbing, building, transport, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Reporting and Scheduling: Prepare and review operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Procurement Services: Ensure procurement and services meet departmental needs while adhering to established systems.
- Safety and Security: Maintain safety, security, and proper maintenance across all institution locations.
- Event Coordination: Ensure timely execution of institution events according to user requirements.
- Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels of stationery and consumables to avoid shortages.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct periodic market surveys to obtain updated information on suppliers and products for maximum benefit.
