Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recruitment Executive to join our dynamic team.

  • Sourcing, attracting, and engaging candidates through various channels.

  • Administering pre-employment assessments as needed and evaluating results.
  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
  • Providing timely and constructive feedback to candidates.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:

  1. Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies in collaboration with stakeholders.
  2. Sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels.
  3. Conducting thorough interviews and assessments to ensure candidate suitability.
  4. Coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings and offer negotiation.
