Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Officer to join our team. As a Quality Control Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inspections of received products at the packing section to verify compliance with quality standards.
  • Monitor packing processes and protocols to ensure adherence to established procedures and specifications.
  • Issue NCRs against deviations or non-compliance and ensure closure of NCRs with corrective and preventive actions.
  • Work closely with the packing team to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Approve finished products by confirming compliance against specifications and reject items or parts having non-conformity or component shortage.
  • Provide feedback and preventive action against customer complaints and QA observations.
  • Evaluate problems and make initial recommendations for possible corrective action and preventive measures.
  • Accurately document the results of inspections and maintain controlled/daily document files along with snaps and inspection records.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma of Associate Engineering in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
