Job Title: Operations Director - Efficiency and Growth Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Operations Director to lead our internal team, manage all operations, and ensure clients receive their promised content on time, at a high standard, with zero chaos.

This role requires someone who understands how creative and operational teams collaborate, and knows how to lead people effectively without micro-managing. The successful candidate will thrive on accountability, love removing chaos from teams, and be energized by clean systems and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage day-to-day operations across client delivery and internal execution.
  2. Lead a cross-functional team of creatives, writers, editors, and project managers.
  3. Develop and improve internal systems and workflows (e.g., Notion, Airtable).
  4. Manage weekly and monthly production schedules.
  5. Ensure all client deliverables are sent on time, in scope, and on brand.
  6. Hold every team member accountable to clear outcomes.
  7. Communicate priorities, updates, and blockers clearly across the team.
  8. Make fast decisions that protect both quality and speed.
  9. Hire, onboard, and manage team members as we scale.
  10. Review performance data and solve bottlenecks.

  • Adherence to internal systems and workflows.
  • Meeting deadlines, smooth handoffs, and approvals.
  • Protection of creative quality and prevention of mistakes.
